Due to medical issues, we are unable to go camping as much as we expected. We are selling this fifth wheel, and it is ready to go! If you bought this at retail price at a dealer, it would cost you at least $53,000, and without all the extras that you get if buying our RV! (JD Powers suggested retail is $55,373. We are selling below retail with MANY EXTRAS!)
We bought this 4-season RV brand new in May 2021. Price is for Payoff of the Loan only. We have kept this unit under cover, well maintained and clean.
It has 3 power retractable slide outs with professionally installed slide toppers, and a mid-bunk which we’ve used as an office when we travel. It has a jack knife sofa bed. Disclosure: we took out the very thin upper bunk to be able to sit on the couch in the mid-bunk and to let more light in! (Our young 8-year old grandson barely fit the width of that skinny bunk!) We still have the mattress up in the loft that goes with the trailer. There is a large loft for storage or for smaller kids sleeping up there. We’ve used it for storage mostly. I love the large walk-in pantry and Fireplace in the living area.
It has been parked under a roof since we purchased it, and it has been plugged into shore power with 2 dehumidifiers since we live in Florida and wanted to protect our investment. You get to keep the dehumidifiers when you purchase this unit!
Highlights:
• 50 amps, but you can also use with 30 amps (each AC is equipped with SoftStart).
• It has 2 air conditioners, which can run off 30 amps with the installed Soft Start units on each AC.

TOW VEHICLE: Willing to sell tow vehicle separately or added as a complete package. Tow vehicle is a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 diesel truck, with automatic Airlifts professionally installed (cost about $2,200) for a smoother ride and stability of the fifth wheel sitting on the truck. The truck has approximately 69,000 miles. The $2,500 hitch on the truck has been remarkable! The Chevy truck has been properly maintained and serviced on a regular basis. Tires purchased in 2022.
